MY DEVICE IS NOT WORKING

 We've encountered similar situations where customers initially reported problems, but after troubleshooting, they were able to enjoy our products and see amazing results.

 

First, please ensure that you have charged the device for at least 6 hours. 

If you haven’t done this yet, please do so, and then follow the instructions provided below.

Here’s a quick summary of how to use the device:

STEP 1- Press the ON/INC button (the device only works when in contact with the skin).

STEP 2 - Select a level using the PROGRAM button.

STEP 3 -Confirm the level by pressing the ON/INC button again.

STEP 4 - Increase the speed intensity by pressing the ON/INC button repeatedly.

 

If you’re not feeling the pulses as expected, you have two options:

Option 1: Select a new level using the PROGRAM button, confirm it with the ON/INC button, and then increase the speed intensity.

Option 2: Simply increase the speed intensity at the level you’re currently using by pressing the ON/INC button.

 

Important Notes:

- EMS pulses and vibrations may not be visible for everyone, as this can vary based on factors such as glute size, strength, and fat. As long as you can feel the pulses, the device is working effectively.

- Remember that the device will only function when it is properly attached to the skin.

 MY BUTT IS NOT VIBRATING

Everyone's body is different so EMS pulses and vibrations from the Booty Trainer won't be visible for everyone, as the sensation can vary based on factors such as glute size, strength, and fat.

 

As long as you can feel the pulses during use, the device is working effectively. 

 

If you do not feel the pulses, ensure the sticky gel pads are properly attached and the device is securely in place and use a higher level with a high speed intensity.

HOW TO USE

Using your Booty Trainer is simple! Follow these steps for optimal results:

 

STEP 1 - Prepare the device. Ensure the sticky gel pads are clean and you have no body oils on your skin 
 

STEP 2 - Place the device: Position the Booty Trainer on your glutes, ensuring full contact with the skin.


STEP 3 - Press the ON/INC button (the device only works when attached to the skin).


STEP 4 - Select a level using the PROGRAM button.


STEP 5 - Confirm the level by pressing the ON/INC button again.


STEP 6 - Press the ON/INC button repeatedly to increase the speed intensity.


Frequency: For best results, use the Booty Trainer 3-5 times a week alongside your exercise program.
