 Return Policy

To qualify for a return, simply ensure that the device is in their original condition, fully working, unused, with all tags, and in their original packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and that haven’t been at all. (i.e not attached to any of your body parts) 

For those who qualify for a return, please note that a $15 fee for processing, shipping, and logistics will be subtracted from your total refund amount.

Defective goods

If you receive a defective item, you must report the issue to our customer support team via email. Our team will assist you with possible solutions and provide better instructions on how to use the product. If the item is still defective after this, we are liable for a replacement only, not a refund.

 

Order Cancellation

For order cancellations, please note that a fee of $15 will be charged.
