How to use the BootyTrainer

Please note that if the device isn’t used correctly the device will not work, so make sure you follow all instructions.

Disclaimer: Results may vary. Not everyone will see their butt vibrating like the ads, as it depends on body fat and muscle percentage. However, the device will effectively tone and lift your glutes regardless. 

1. Unbox Your EMS BootyTrainer

  • Carefully remove the EMS BootyTrainer device, gel pads, and remote control from the packaging.

2. Prepare Your Skin

  • Make sure your skin is clean and dry. Avoid applying any lotions or oils to the area where you’ll place the device.

3. Attach the Gel Pads

  • Peel the protective film off the reusable gel pads.
  •  Ensure the gel pads are securely in place.

4. Place the Device on Your Glutes

  • Position the EMS BootyTrainer on your glutes. The gel pads should be in contact with your skin.
  • Adjust the placement so that it feels comfortable and secure.

5. Power On the Device

  • Press the 'ON/INC' Botton twice. you should notice or feel the device pulling/ squeezing your muscle. 

6. Adjust the Intensity

  • Increase the intensity, by pressing the 'PROGRAM' botton, until your desired intensity number lights up, then press the 'ON/INC' botton twice to confirm. 

We recommend starting on level 1-2, and gradually work your way to level 3 & 4. 

8. Duration of Use

  • Follow the recommended duration for each session, typically around 15-20 minutes.
  • Use the device consistently, about 3-4 times a week for best results.

9. End Your Session

  • After completing your session, turn off the EMS BootyTrainer and carefully remove it from your glutes.
  • Replace the protective film on the gel pads to keep them clean and sticky for future use.

10. Clean and Store the Device

  • Wipe down the device with a clean, dry cloth if needed.
  • Store the EMS BootyTrainer in a cool, dry place until your next session.

Tips:

  • Be consistent with your sessions.
  • Pair the EMS BootyTrainer with a healthy diet and regular exercise for optimal results.
